Kansas Elementary Special Education Teaching Openings

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support a low-incidence, center-based classroom serving elementary students with significant needs. This role requires strong instructional skills, collaborative communication, and comfort working with a small, structured caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, specialized instruction aligned with each student’s IEP

• Implement functional, academic, communication, and life skills programming

• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and related service providers

• Support behavior plans and ensure a safe, structured learning environment

• Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting requirements

• Communicate regularly with families and school teams

Requirements:

• Active Low Incidence Kansas Teaching License

• Experience working in center-based or low-incidence settings preferred

• Ability to support diverse learning, communication, and behavior needs
