Soliant is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support a low-incidence, center-based classroom serving elementary students with significant needs. This role requires strong instructional skills, collaborative communication, and comfort working with a small, structured caseload.
Responsibilities:

Provide individualized, specialized instruction aligned with each student’s IEP

Implement functional, academic, communication, and life skills programming

Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and related service providers

Support behavior plans and ensure a safe, structured learning environment

Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting requirements

Communicate regularly with families and school teams
Requirements:

Active Low Incidence Kansas Teaching License

Experience working in center-based or low-incidence settings preferred

Ability to support diverse learning, communication, and behavior needs
