Special Education Teachers Needed in Kansas

Soliant is seeking a skilled Special Education Teacher to lead a low-incidence, center-based classroom serving elementary students with significant support needs. This role focuses on delivering individualized instruction, fostering independence, and creating a structured environment that supports student growth.

Role Overview:

• Teach and manage a small caseload of K–5 students in a center-based setting

• Provide instruction tailored to functional, academic, life skills, and communication goals

• Collaborate with paraprofessionals and related service providers to deliver cohesive support

• Implement behavior supports consistently throughout the school day

• Maintain accurate IEP documentation and progress monitoring

• Work closely with families and school staff to ensure student success

Candidate Requirements:

• Current Kansas Low-Incidence Teaching License

• Experience in low-incidence or center-based classrooms is highly valued

• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
