Soliant is seeking a skilled Special Education Teacher to lead a low-incidence, center-based classroom serving elementary students with significant support needs. This role focuses on delivering individualized instruction, fostering independence, and creating a structured environment that supports student growth.
Role Overview:

Teach and manage a small caseload of Kâ5 students in a center-based setting

Provide instruction tailored to functional, academic, life skills, and communication goals

Collaborate with paraprofessionals and related service providers to deliver cohesive support

Implement behavior supports consistently throughout the school day

Maintain accurate IEP documentation and progress monitoring

Work closely with families and school staff to ensure student success
Candidate Requirements:

Current Kansas Low-Incidence Teaching License

Experience in low-incidence or center-based classrooms is highly valued

Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
