Key Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas Low Incidence Special Education License
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged students is highly valued

Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging instruction tailored to the needs of a small group of students within the LIFT Program
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Track and document student progress, maintaining open communication with families and service providers
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service staff
• Create a positive, structured classroom environment that supports student growth
