Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging instruction tailored to the needs of a small group of students within the LIFT Program
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Track and document student progress, maintaining open communication with families and service providers
- Collaborate with general education teachers and related service staff
- Create a positive, structured classroom environment that supports student growth
