Key Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas Low Incidence Special Education License
• Experience working with elementary-level students
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive classroom culture
• Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to the varying needs of students in the LIFT program
• Develop and manage IEPs in accordance with federal and state guidelines
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and other educators to support holistic growth
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and adjust strategies to ensure success
