Key Qualifications:

• Active Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility for certification)
• Experience working with elementary-age students in a school setting
• Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability in a dynamic classroom

What You’ll Do:

• Provide targeted instruction and support to elementary students with varying needs in the IRR classroom
• Develop and monitor IEP goals, collecting data and making adjustments to optimize student success
• Employ differentiated teaching strategies to address a range of abilities and foster a supportive learning environment
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Communicate clearly with families about progress, goals, and ways to support student growth at home
• Uphold compliance with regulations and school policies related to special education
