Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide individualized and small-group instruction
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:
Active Kansas Special Education Teaching License required
Experience developing and managing IEPs required
School-based experience preferred
