Qualifications
- Current Kansas Low Incidence Special Education License (required)
- Experience or interest in elementary education and/or special education best practices
- Strong dedication to personalized instruction and student growth
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities
- Full-time teaching within an elementary LIFT Program classroom
- Individualized instruction and support for a caseload of 8 students
- Progress monitoring, IEP development, and regular parent/guardian communication
- Facilitate an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with school staff to maximize student outcomes
