Special Education Teacher

Severe & Profound SPED Teacher – Owasso, OK

Position Overview:
A district near Owasso is seeking a dedicated Severe & Profound Special Education Teacher to support students with significant intellectual and developmental needs. This is a full-time, onsite position for the current school year.

Role Details:

• Provide highly individualized instruction for students with severe and profound disabilities

• Collaborate with therapists, paraprofessionals, and campus staff

• Adapt curriculum, implement behavior strategies, and support daily living skill development

• Maintain IEP documentation and progress monitoring

Requirements:

• Oklahoma SPED Certification (Mild/Moderate or Severe/Profound accepted)

• Experience in severe/profound or low-incidence classrooms preferred

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
