- Active Special Education teaching certification

- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Adaptability and creative instructional techniques to meet varied learning styles
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement differentiated lesson plans that support individualized education goals
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff to ensure an inclusive learning environment
- Use flexible communication methods with nonverbal students, such as visuals, AAC, and assistive technologies
