Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Valid teaching licensure with special education certification
• Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students
• Knowledge of inclusive education practices and differentiated instruction
• Ability to manage and adapt to multiple caseloads

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Case manage approximately 10 elementary school students (K-4th grade) in an inclusion setting
• Collaborate to split two middle school caseloads of ~29 students each (7th and 8th grade), combining inclusion work and small group pull-out instruction as needed
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Partner with general education teachers and support staff to ensure student success in mainstream classrooms
• Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Track and document student progress toward IEP goals
