Special Education Teacher | Palmer, Massachusetts

An exceptional opportunity awaits an experienced Special Education Teacher seeking a contract position in an elementary K-4 classroom with therapeutic needs. This role offers the chance to inspire young learners and support students with diverse abilities in a substantially separate setting. The assignment runs from August 25, 2025, through June 19, 2026, with a consistent schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Demonstrated experience working with elementary-aged students, especially in K-4 settings
• Skilled in creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Adept at providing instructional and behavioral support to students with therapeutic needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and families
• Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted instruction in all core subjects, tailored to diverse student learning profiles
