Special Education Teacher - Papillion, Nebraska

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching credential/certification required
• Experience working in resource classroom settings preferred
• Ability to adapt instruction to varying academic and behavioral needs
• Strong collaboration skills with general education teachers and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
• Deliver targeted instruction using evidence-based practices

• Work closely with families to keep them informed and engaged
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture to nurture every learner
• Collaborate with other educators and support providers to ensure coordinated services
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing training sessions
