Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teaching credential/certification required
- Experience working in resource classroom settings preferred
- Ability to adapt instruction to varying academic and behavioral needs
- Strong collaboration skills with general education teachers and support staff

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver targeted instruction using evidence-based practices
- Collect data and assess student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Work closely with families to keep them informed and engaged
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture to nurture every learner
- Collaborate with other educators and support providers to ensure coordinated services
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing training sessions
