Special Education Teacher - Paris, Illinois

Qualifications:

• Current Illinois LBS1 (Learning Behavior Specialist 1) License
• PreK Endorsement required
• Previous experience with early childhood special education is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction for a caseload of about 8–10 PreK students
• Work within a resource environment, delivering both push-in and pull-out services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) for each student
• Collaborate effectively with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to promote student growth
• Maintain accurate student records and adhere to local and state compliance standards
