Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Illinois LBS1 (Learning Behavior Specialist 1) License
- Possess a valid PreK Endorsement

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide customized instruction for 8–10 PreK students within a resource setting
- Utilize both push-in and pull-out teaching models
- Develop, implement, and manage IEPs to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with classroom educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and fulfill compliance with state and district guidelines
