In this position, you’ll step into a vital role supporting preschool learners with a small caseload, allowing meaningful, individualized impact. Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Illinois LBS1 (Learning Behavior Specialist 1) License
• Possess a valid PreK Endorsement
• Previous experience in early childhood special education is preferred

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide customized instruction for 8–10 PreK students within a resource setting
• Utilize both push-in and pull-out teaching models
• Develop, implement, and manage IEPs to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with classroom educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and fulfill compliance with state and district guidelines
