Special Education Teacher in Parker, CO

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by supporting their growth and learning in a contract Special Education Teacher role at the elementary level. This opportunity runs from August 5, 2026, through May 21, 2027, offering the chance to collaborate in a vibrant and student-centered environment. You’ll work closely with a small caseload of 6-8 students, fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom that celebrates each child’s unique abilities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification (state-appropriate credentials required)
• Previous experience working in an elementary school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt instruction and materials to accommodate a range of learning needs
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deliver individualized education plans for students with diverse learning needs
