Qualifications and Experience:

• Current teaching license with endorsement or certification in Special Education

• Proven ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Effective communication skills with students, families, and school staff
• Strong classroom management strategies tailored to diverse learning needs
• Familiarity with educational technology and assistive devices is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instruction based on IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff
• Monitor student progress and regularly update IEP documentation
