Position Details:

• Full-time resource roles available at four campuses:
  • Lincoln Elementary: full-time, 30 students on caseload
  • Bracker Elementary: full-time, 30 students on caseload
  • Desert Shadows Middle: full-time, 37 students on caseload
  • Mary L. Welty Elementary: full-time, 30 students on caseload
• Provide direct instructional support, classroom accommodations, and academic interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Develop and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with staff and families
• Adapt curriculum and deliver differentiated instruction within the resource setting
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
