Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing assessment and progress monitoring to adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all state and federal special education regulations
  • Communicate regularly with parents and participate in IEP meetings as a key advocate for student needs
  • Encourage student independence and confidence by utilizing a strengths-based, supportive approach
