Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification (required)
• Experience working with students with a variety of learning exceptionalities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting
• Ability to create individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom climate

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to various learning needs
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with fellow educators and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
• Provide academic and emotional support to students with exceptionalities
• Foster positive classroom management and social-emotional development
• Coordinate with general educators and support staff to maximize student growth
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
