These contract roles, available for both full-time and part-time schedules through the end of May 2027, offer engaging and meaningful opportunities across several elementary school sites with diverse caseloads.

Openings include:

  • Self-contained classroom for a behavior program supporting elementary students with behavioral needs. CPI certification and experience in similar settings preferred.
  • Cross-category self-contained classrooms for 2nd graders typically in the MID cognitive range, promoting tailored instructional strategies and individualized learning.
  • Special Needs Preschool, ideal for educators with Early Childhood and Special Education certifications, though Early Childhood experience paired with a Special Education certification is also welcomed.
  • Resource teaching (part-time) across sites, focusing on individualized support for students across multiple grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Special Education (SPED) Educator Certification (required)
  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
  • Updated resume detailing relevant experience
  • For the behavior program, CPI certification and background in behavioral support are preferred
  • Early Childhood (EC) Certification or experience is a plus for preschool positions
  • Passion for inclusive education and a student-centered approach
