What You’ll Need:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience supporting students with mild to moderate disabilities
• Ability to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Capacity for creative problem solving and adaptability within diverse classrooms

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individualized instruction to students with mild/moderate special education needs
• Develop, implement, and track progress on IEP goals
• Foster an inclusive classroom where every student feels valued and supported
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families for student success
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to school initiatives
