Qualifications:
- Valid state certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with students in affective needs or behavioral support programs preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with counselors, therapists, and general education teachers

What You'll Do:
- Develop and carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) based on students' unique academic and affective needs
- Teach core subjects and social-emotional skills, differentiating instruction as needed
- Monitor student progress, adjusting strategies to promote growth
- Implement evidence-based interventions and behavioral supports
- Work closely with families, school staff, and service providers to coordinate support
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings and team conferences
