Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Adapt curriculum materials for accessibility and differentiation
  • Foster a safe, supportive classroom environment where all students feel valued
  • Utilize data and feedback to track progress and inform instruction
  • Partner with general education teachers, paraeducators, and support staff to reinforce learning accommodations
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians on student progress and plans
