Key qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (required)
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education

• Strong communication skills for working with families, staff, and students
• Knowledge of current best practices in Special Education

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized and small-group instruction to students with varying disabilities
• Developing, updating, and monitoring Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborating with general education teachers, support staff, and specialists
• Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports
• Participating in ARD meetings and parent-teacher conferences
• Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
