Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teacher certification
• Candidates holding an emergency Special Education Certification are also welcome to apply

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver push-in special education services within grades 4 and 5 classrooms
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers to design and implement effective accommodations and modifications
• Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to reflect student progress and changing needs
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that values each student’s strengths
• Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary team members
