Soliant is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Special Education Teacher for a high school co-teaching position for the upcoming school year near Philadelphia, PA. This role supports students in 9th–12th grades within inclusive classroom settings. The ideal candidate is collaborative, student-focused, and committed to helping learners with diverse needs succeed. The position is full-time, working 40 hours per week.

Position Details:

  • Special Education Teacher
  • School Year: 2026–2027
  • Setting: High School (Co-Teaching Model)
  • Grade Levels: 9th–12th
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to deliver instruction in inclusive classroom settings
  • Support students with IEPs through accommodations, modifications, and progress monitoring
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and data-driven decision-making

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
  • Active Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification covering 9th–12th grades
  • Previous co-teaching experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to inclusive practices and student success

Pay: $37–$48 per hour
Pay is negotiable based on certification level, years of experience, and degree level.
