Special Education Case Manager High School

Soliant is seeking 3 full-time Special Education Case Managers to support a high school caseload near Philadelphia, PA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Special Education professional to provide direct student services while managing IEP responsibilities in a collaborative school environment.

Assignment Details

Positions: 3 Special Education Case Managers
Grade Level: High School
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Caseload: High School Special Education
Services: Direct student services and IEP case management
Pay Rate: $35-45/hr, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities
• Manage assigned Special Education caseloads
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate student documentation and progress monitoring
• Support students in meeting academic, behavioral, and individualized goals
• Collaborate with general education staff to promote student success and inclusion

Required Qualifications

• Active Special Education Certification
• Ability to work with a high school Special Education caseload
• Experience with IEP development and case management
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• EC–12 or K–12 Special Education Certification preferred
• Previous school-based Special Education experience
• Experience providing direct services and managing IEPs
