Full-time contract positions are available, beginning in late July and extending through May 2027, with openings in a variety of programs including Inclusion/SUCCESS, Practical, CBT, and STRIVE. These roles are best suited for educators within a 30-minute commute of designated locations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Standard Arizona Secondary Teaching License and current K-12 Special Education Certificate required
  • Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Background in working with students with emotional disabilities or other special education eligibility areas
  • Familiarity with supporting students who are at-risk, limited English proficient, ethnic minorities, or have exceptional needs
  • Demonstrated understanding of federal, state, and district special services compliance and documentation
  • Experience planning and implementing IEPs and related classroom documentation
  • Completion of Essential Elements of Effective Instruction (E.E.E.I.) training, or a willingness to participate in staff development

Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering engaging, individualized instruction—onsite only
  • Managing caseloads of varying sizes and needs, tailored to the assigned program
  • Collaborating with general educators, support staff, and families to promote student growth and self-regulatory skills
  • Implementing inclusive, prosocial classroom strategies to support diverse learners
  • Maintaining accurate educational records and participating in required professional development
