Special Education Teacher | Phoenix, Arizona

Make a meaningful impact supporting students with special needs in Phoenix, AZ! This full-time, onsite contract role offers opportunities for passionate Special Education Teachers to take on a variety of openings for the 2026-2027 academic year. Multiple roles are currently available in self-contained, behavioral, and resource settings, working with a diverse range of student needs—from autism preschool to junior high academic and behavior programs.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, student-focused environment, with flexible scheduling possible if you’re interested in combining part-time positions. The district is seeking dedicated educators ready to step into impactful roles supporting academic, behavioral, and developmental growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education (SPED) Educator Certification
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FP Card)
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher in schools or equivalent settings
• Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and adaptability
• Enthusiasm for supporting diverse student populations
• Ability to provide an updated resume, SPED Cert, and IVP FP Card with your application

In this role, you’ll:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
