You will travel between preschools, manage a manageable caseload, and receive ongoing support and training to ensure your success from day one.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania certification in PK-4 and/or Special Education (emergency permits not accepted)
• Experience working with young children with special education needs strongly preferred
• Strong adaptability and organizational skills for managing an itinerant schedule
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities when working with preschool staff and families
• Passion for supporting and advocating for children with diverse learning needs

Position Highlights:

• Provide direct special education services to approximately 30 preschool students within their local community sites
• Full-time, contract position: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (35 hours per week)
• Collaborate with preschool teams and families to develop and implement individualized educational strategies
• Utilize your expertise and creativity to support students’ growth and inclusion in preschool settings
