Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina teaching license required
• Certification in Learning Disabilities or Multi-Categorical Special Education
• Experience with middle school students preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support within general education classes through the push-in model
• Manage a caseload of middle school students, developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs
• Collaborate with content teachers to modify materials and adapt instruction for students’ needs
• Collect data and assess student progress toward IEP goals
• Communicate effectively with families regarding student growth and services provided
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
