Kindergarten/1st Grade Special Education Teacher Needed in Minnesota

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Elementary Special Education Teacher to support a K–1 caseload within a cross-categorical instructional model. This role includes both resource support and center-based instruction, collaborating closely with school staff to meet student IEP goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small-group instruction for K–1 students with diverse needs

• Deliver services across both resource and center-based settings

• Implement IEPs, track progress, and participate in meetings

• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families

• Maintain compliance with all district and state SPED requirements

Qualifications:

• Minnesota Special Education Teaching License

• Experience with early elementary learners preferred

• Strong collaboration, communication, and classroom management skills
