Minnesota Elementary Special Education Teaching Opening

We are looking for a passionate Elementary Special Education Teacher to join our team, supporting students in grades K–1. This role serves a cross-categorical caseload, providing instruction in both resource and center-based settings. The ideal candidate is committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment tailored to each student’s needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and support to K–1 students with diverse learning needs

• Work within a cross-categorical model, including both resource and center-based instruction

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs while tracking student progress

• Collaborate with general education staff, specialists, and families to support student success

• Ensure compliance with state and district special education guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license

• Experience with early elementary students preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills

• Commitment to inclusive education and student growth
