Soliant is looking for a passionate Special Education Teacher to support Kindergarten and 1st-grade students in a cross-categorical instructional model. This role combines resource and center-based instruction, providing individualized support to help students achieve their IEP goals and thrive academically and socially.
Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and small-group instruction for students with diverse learning needs.

Implement IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications.

Monitor student progress through data collection and reporting.

Collaborate closely with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-focused planning.

Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications:

Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License.

Experience in early elementary grades and cross-categorical programs preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
