Key Qualifications:

• Valid Moderate/Severe or Extensive Support Needs credential required
• Previous experience in a school setting, preferably serving K-12 students
• Strong understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and special education compliance
• Skilled at building a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to professional growth and student advocacy

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction to students with moderate to severe special needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with support staff and families
• Adapt curriculum and materials to meet diverse learning needs

• Work closely with aides, specialists, and administration to coordinate services
