Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Special Education teaching license.
• Prior experience supporting virtual learning environments, or adaptable to technology-enhanced instruction.
• Exceptional ability to individualize instruction for diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication skills for regular collaboration with district staff, students, and families.
• Experience with small caseloads and a proven track record of positive student outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students in the virtual setting.
• Deliver direct instruction to students onsite at the district office, ensuring academic and social-emotional growth.
• Collaborate closely with the Sped Director and other support staff to coordinate resources and student supports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide progress updates to families and the district.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required by the district.
