• Current Moderate/Severe credential or Extensive Support Needs credential
• Proven experience or strong interest in teaching students with varying exceptionalities

• Ability to implement IEPs and adapt curriculum to fit individual learning profiles
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver tailored lesson plans for students with intensive support needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and independence
• Partner with parents and caregivers to support student success both in and out of the classroom
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and adopt assistive technology as needed
• Maintain student records and participate in IEP meetings and school functions
