Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
• Experience working with students in Grades K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12
• Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and accommodation implementation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education staff, families, and support personnel
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
• Flexibility and resourcefulness in adapting instruction for diverse learning needs
• Previous experience in a school-based position (preferred)

• Design and deliver engaging, individualized instruction in accordance with student IEPs
• Support academic, social, and emotional growth for students with a range of abilities
