Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification/license appropriate for K-12 (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience working with special education students preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptable and resourceful teaching approach

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student on caseload
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to students’ unique needs
- Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies for optimal outcomes
- Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and related service providers
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere where every student can thrive
