Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification
- Experience working with elementary-age students, particularly K-2nd grade, is preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students, mainly in a pull-out setting, providing academic and behavioral support as outlined in IEPs
- Maintain a caseload of 20-26 students, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to ensure cohesive support
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Engage with parents, families, and team members to communicate student progress and goals
- Document student progress, prepare necessary reporting, and participate in relevant meetings
