Qualifications & Experience:

• Active certification in Special Education required
• Previous experience in an elementary school setting strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Demonstrated ability to adapt instructional strategies to diverse learning styles and abilities
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to elementary students’ IEP goals
