Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education (Texas or eligible for reciprocity)
• Previous experience working in resource and/or inclusion settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and monitoring
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to quickly build rapport with students and team members

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide specialized instruction within the resource inclusion classroom setting
• Develop, implement, and evaluate IEPs in collaboration with the educational team
• Participate in meetings and communicate progress to parents, staff, and administration
• Utilize differentiated instructional methods to address each student's unique needs
• Collect data and monitor student progress towards IEP goals
