As a valued special education professional, you will work a consistent weekly schedule of 35 hours, with daily hours from 8:15 AM to 3:30 PM. The role focuses primarily on providing small group instruction and co-teaching within general education classrooms, supporting students' individual learning goals while collaborating closely with classroom teachers and support staff.

What we're looking for:

• Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students (preferred)
• Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, resourceful, and dedicated to empowering diverse learners

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to small groups and/or co-teach in classrooms
• Implement instructional strategies and accommodations per IEP guidelines
• Collect data, assess student progress, and adjust educational plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff collaboration
