Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) 26/27

We are seeking a qualified Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) for an onsite school-based position for the upcoming school year. This is a great opportunity to support K-12 students in a collaborative and student-focused environment.

Position Overview:

Location: Port Angeles, WA
Schedule: Full-Time
Setting: Onsite | K-12 Caseload

Responsibilities:

- Provide interpreting services for students in classroom settings
- Support communication access throughout the school day
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and special education teams
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain professionalism and student confidentiality

Requirements:

- EIPA score of 3.5/4.0 or higher OR active RID certification required
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working with students across K-12 grade levels

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.71 to $53.71. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
