Desired Skills & Certification:
- Current certification in Special Education with an Emotional Impairment endorsement (required)
- Classroom experience working with students with emotional impairments

- Ability to create and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide engaging, tailored instruction
- Positive attitude and a commitment to fostering student growth and well-being
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction to students with emotional impairments
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to promote student success
- Utilize para support effectively to maximize instruction and student engagement
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and open communication with families
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
