Qualifications:

• Current NM Special Education Licensure (required)

• Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored instruction and support to students across various settings: high school English, high school biology, middle school resource, elementary intensive learning, inclusion, and preschool
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on students’ unique needs
• Assess student progress, adjust instructional strategies, and communicate regularly with parents and staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and district standards
• Create an engaged, supportive classroom atmosphere that celebrates individual differences
