Key Qualifications:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective, individualized instruction and accommodations to students with a wide range of learning needs.
  • Develop, implement, and manage IEPs in accordance with federal and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, school staff, and families to foster academic and behavioral success for all learners.
  • Create an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere where each child feels respected and empowered.
  • Utilize data to monitor student progress, adapting instruction and interventions as required.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and ongoing professional development to ensure best practices.
