Special Education Teacher in Pottstown, PA

A full-time opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher supporting early childhood classrooms within a respected educational service agency in Pennsylvania. Location: Broomall, PA, with classroom assignments at two early childhood education centers—one in Aston and one in Folcroft. The position requires working 37.5 hours per week under a contract arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to the unique needs of students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Support classroom environments that foster developmentally appropriate learning and positive behavior.
• Participate in professional development and stay current with best practices in special education.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching certification.
