• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to diverse learning needs in an inclusive model

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct virtual instruction and support in compliance with students’ IEPs for inclusion-only caseloads
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to deliver cohesive special education services
• Track documentation and progress notes accurately, maintaining the integrity of student records
• Engage proactively with families and caregivers to foster student engagement and ongoing success
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and professional development sessions as required
