Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Washington State Special Education Certification
- Master's degree in Education or related field required
- Experience with life skills curriculum preferred, but new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized life skills instruction to PK-5 students according to IEP goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support student progress
- Create engaging lesson plans and adapt instructional materials to meet students’ unique needs
- Monitor and document student development and behavior, reporting regularly to administration and families
- Foster a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom climate
- Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and professional development
